As an Asia-Pacific Risk and Insurance Association (APRIA) country ambassador, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to APRIA – the only organization of its kind in Asia. A unique blend of academics, industry professionals, and regulators, APRIA’s membership includes some of the best and brightest insurance people from around the world whose professional interests focus on the Asian marketplace.
As a member for a number of years myself, I can personally attest to the intellectual rigor of the organization, the strong friendships among members, and the energizing annual conferences held in a different major Asian city each year. Additionally, APRIA publishes its own journal, the Asia-Pacific Journal of Risk and Insurance, twice each year.
