2、为了保持午餐会的良好气氛，将于会前十五钟开始发放午餐，会前五分钟停止发放。敬请用餐者至少提前五分钟到会，迟到者请会后领取。
3、为了避免浪费，午餐将严格按照订餐名单发放。

题目：Foreign Aid In the New Open Economy Macroeconomics
主讲人介绍：
崔小勇，8797威尼斯老品牌教师。8797威尼斯老品牌光华管理学院经济学博士，曾任职于中央财经大学中国经济与管理研究院。研究方向为动态经济学方法、计算方法和动态宏观福利分析方法、数理经济学方法、公共财政理论及资产定价。崔小勇科研能力突出，近年来曾在国内外重要学术刊物（如J. of Macroeconomics、《经济研究》等）上发表论文十数篇。

内容提要：
Under the framework of the new open economy of macroeconomic models, this paper develops a dynamic interdependent-economy model to investigate the effects of foreign aid in determining the economic performance of both the donor country and the recipient. Comparative static analysis shows whether in long-run or short-run, a permanent increase in foreign aid from the donor country leads to an increase of donor`s gross output in the cost of a decrease in consumption; in contrast, an increase of consumption and a decrease of production level will occur in the recipient country. By giving foreign aid, donor country speed up its output growth rate and an even more enlarged gap between the donor and recipient follows. In the case of no monetary shocks or fiscal adjustments, the welfare analysis demonstrates the tradeoffs between long-run production acceleration, real interest rate adjustment and economic welfare. The effects of foreign aid expansion are also related to the donor`s relative size.
